So what’s so good about Trigger Point Pilates? Did you know that tight myofascia (dense, tough tissue surrounding and covering all of your muscles and bones) can often interfere with proper core initiation? Myofascial release can provide improved proprioceptive awareness (feedback), benefitting the body greatly and often providing immediate release of tight muscles. It’s especially good for chronic pain conditions and constant muscular tightness and enhancing functional movement. At the end of the session, you will feel like you’ve just had a really good, deep treatment. Will we see you there?

I am so looking forward to May and everything that we have planned, I hope you are too. Just to remind you, launch week will fall in week commencing 27 May- this is a two-week long event, where you will have the opportunity to invite your friends to a free class! This is closely preceded by the Studio (and my own!) birthdays, so will be our birthday party date (24th May), which will take place from 7pm at The Grange Club in Stockbridge. Please be reminded that if the weather is good on the day, we will also be having a barbecue from 4pm, where children and families are welcome! Don’t forget to RSSP by emailing me directly on email@example.com to let me know if you are planning to attend one or BOTH of our party events on 24th May.
