What are your plans on Saturday?

The last week of the month can mean only one thing! It’s almost time for our wonderful Trigger Point Pilates workshop this Saturday: your chance to get lengthened, strengthened and get to the root of your painful bits; so why not join us for some gorgeous myofascial self-release, strengthen your core AND release muscle tightness in the same class! Click here to book!

So what’s so good about Trigger Point Pilates? Did you know that tight myofascia (dense, tough tissue surrounding and covering all of your muscles and bones) can often interfere with proper core initiation? Myofascial release can provide improved proprioceptive awareness (feedback), benefitting the body greatly and often providing immediate release of tight muscles. It’s especially good for chronic pain conditions and constant muscular tightness and enhancing functional movement. At the end of the session, you will feel like you’ve just had a really good, deep treatment. Will we see you there?

I hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend- Spring has definitely sprung hasn’t it?! I enjoyed the benefits of the season on Sunday : particularly on my run with the Edinburgh Running Network! What does Spring inspire you to try?
I am so looking forward to May and everything that we have planned, I hope you are too. Just to remind you, launch week will fall in week commencing 27 May- this is a two-week long event, where you will have the opportunity to invite your friends to a free class! This is closely preceded by the Studio (and my own!) birthdays, so will be our birthday party date (24th May), which will take place from 7pm at The Grange Club in Stockbridge. Please be reminded that if the weather is good on the day, we will also be having a barbecue from 4pm, where children and families are welcome! Don’t forget to RSSP by emailing me directly on sabrina@phpt.co.uk to let me know if you are planning to attend one or BOTH of our party events on 24th May.

Have a fab weekend!

Sabrina xxxx
