Conquer Gravity with us every week!

The seasons are on the turn – can you feel it? It feels too early for the count-down to conkers and bonfire night, but there you have it: time to “submit to the season.” But this definitely does not mean cosying up on the couch and neglecting our movement and exercise! Remember: ” It’s better to be tired by physical exertion, then fatigued by ‘poisons’ generated by nervousness while lying awake!” Joseph Pilates. Take a leaf out of these boys’ book- who are finally back to their Conquer Gravity! Look how happy they are! And so they should be; I originally designed Conquer Gravity to encourage more males to give the Pilates method a go! It’s the safest system of training their strength and conditioning without high impact, improving body awareness and building the powerhouse using their own body weight! And, I am delighted to see them all here taking good care of themselves and feeling strong and connected after each class! Great work guys! But guess what? Girls love it too! Pilates and Conquer Gravity is for absolutely everyone! We currently have a small number of spaces in our Conquer Gravity classes, so of course I am delighted to tell you we have released some new dates for taster sessions in September for Conquer Gravity – keep scrolling to see the available dates and how to book! (There are also some dates for Mother and Baby Pilates Tasters too- so check those out as well- maybe for a friend? xx)

I am still going strong with my epic training down south as you can see! I can’t wait to teach you all this true and authentic Pilates method. I felt really emotional and physically amazing after a super trio advanced training last week!

Finally just to let you know, we have a brand new date for our next Trigger Point Pilates workshop is coming up at the end of the month (last Saturday of the month), so if you fancy getting ahead you can get yours asap here to avoid disappointment!
